CAT Result 2023 LIVE: IIM CAT Result Out, Get Latest Updates

The CAT 2023 results are now live on the website. Candidates can download the scorecard for further admission process. According to the official notification released, IIMs will be releasing the shortlists for subsequent admission processes based on, among other things, the CAT 2023 scores.

According to media reports, IIM Lucknow will be announcing the CAT result by 5 pm today. Candidates who have appeared for the exams can download the CAT scorecard through the link on the official website - iimcat.ac.in. 

According to reports, the CAT 2023 result is expected to be announced today, December 21, 2023. The link for students to check the CAT Result and download the CAT scorecard 2023 will be made live on the website shortly.

According to reports, many of the candidates who appeared for the CAT 2023 exams were able to download the CAT scorecard through the link available on the website. Currently, the link is not accessible on the official website. Students are advised to keep visit the website for updates. 

Candidates after clearing the CAT 2023 exams will be eligible to apply for admissions. Candidates are required to clear the Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI) conducted by the management colleges.

Follow the steps given here to calculate the CAT 2023 percentile

Step 1: Calculate the total number of candidates (N) who appeared for CAT (i.e. including morning, afternoon, and evening sessions).

Step 2: Assign a rank (r), based on the scaled scores obtained in the QA section, to all candidates who appeared for CAT. In the case of two or more candidates obtaining identical scaled scores in the QA section, assign identical ranks to all those candidates.

Step 3: Calculate the percentile score (P) of a candidate with rank (r) in the QA section as

P= (N-r/N) x 100

Step 4: Round off the calculated percentile score (P) of a candidate up to two decimal points

After the CAT 2023 result link is made live on the website, students can download the scorecard using their login credentials. Those who have cleared the exams will be called for admissions to various B-Schools and Management institutions. Only those who clear the cutoff set by the management institutions will be eligible to participate in the GD-PI round. 

While a few of the candidates who appeared for the CAT exams are able to download the CAT result, the link has not yet been activated on the website. Students will be notified of the result link here soon.

The CAT 2023 scorecard will include the following details

• Candidate name
• Roll number/ registration number
• Date of exam
• Shift. Slot appeared
• Percentile scored in each section
• Total percentile
• Rank
• Qualifying status

IIM Lucknow is expected to release the CAT exam result soon. The CAT result 2023 link will be made available on the official website - iim.cat.ac.in. The login credentials required to download the  CAT scorecard is given below

• User ID
• Password

The CAT 2023 results are yet to be announced. However, according to reports a few of the candidates who have appeared for the exams are now able to download their scorecard. Official notification regarding the same is yet to be issued. 

CAT 2023 result link will be available on the official website - iimcat.ac.in. To download the CAT scorecard students are required login using the User Id and password. 

The CAT 2023 result is expected to be announced on the official website soon. Candidates are advised to keep their user id and password ready with them to check the results.
