CTET Exam Timings 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to conduct the CTET 2024 exam on Sunday, July 7. The admit card for the same has been released on the official website, ctet.ac.in. If a candidate forgets to carry the CTET admit card, he/she will be prohibited from entering the examination hall.

CTET exam is divided into two stages: Paper 1 and Paper 2. CTET Paper 1 will be conducted from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., while CTET Paper 2 will be conducted from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Each exam will comprise 120 multiple-choice questions, with each question having 4 options. The exam is of 150 marks, and candidates will be awarded one mark for every correct answer, with no marks deducted for incorrect answers.

CTET Dress Code
While there is no specific dress code for the CTET exam, candidates should be aware of certain guidelines to ensure a smooth entry into the examination hall. Here are the essential points that every aspirant should be familiar with:
- Avoid wearing jewellery such as bangles, flowers, brooch, etc.
- Avoid wearing clothes with any pockets.
- Do not carry or wear any digital accessories like watches, headphones, etc.
CTET 2024 Exam Guidelines
- Aspirants need to arrive at the designated CTET exam center at least an hour before the exam starts. No one will be permitted to enter the examination hall after the exam begins.
- Electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Candidates must leave personal belongings outside the centre and the authorities will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
- While entering the examination hall, authorities will check the admit card and original photo ID for verification. Those who fail to do so will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
