The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the IBPS RRB exam annually for the post of Officer Scale 1 (PO), 2, 3 and Officer Assistant (Clerk). Through this exam, candidates are appointed to the post of Clerk and Officer level in various RRBs (Gramin banks) of the country. The selection for the exam is done through a written exam. No interview is held for the post of Clerk.
