1 green limon
1 handful of ginger
1 garlic tooth
when the skin to the limon is soft pour in cup 3/4 full. sweeten with fresh honey and fill balance with tequila. Drink as hot as you can. cover up and take a nap. sweat will begin, sweat it out don’t shower to soon. shower put on comfortable slleping close and hit the sheets.
