I’ve visited all these places at one point during my time there, and relished in the fact that the local military community would hold our 4th of July celebration, complete with a huge fireworks display, at Zepplinfeld (oh the irony, lol). There’s so much history and beauty in this city, and something the author must have missed is the annual Christkindlesmarkt in the Altstadt every Christmas. It was a joy to live there and experience it all and I hope to go back and visit again.
