CAT Registration 2023 Date Extended! Candidates can register for CAT 2023 exam up to 20th September 2023 on iimcat.as.in. The last date to apply for CAT exam has been extended by 1 week. Graduate candidates/final year students with more than 50% in their graduation can fill the CAT application form. Filling up the CAT form allows you to take the exam to get admission in IIMs and premier B schools of the country for MBA/ PGDM in various streams. What is CAT Exam Fee?
CAT exam fee needs to be paid in online mode or through demand draft. The CAT application fee 2023 has been revised. Hence, you must ensure that you pay the requisite fee as per your category before the last date. Given below is the latest CAT registration fee.

What Documents are Required for CAT 2023 Registration?

CAT Registration 2023: What are the Documents to Upload in CAT Application Form?

NC-OBC/SC/ST Certificate
If you belong to NC-OBC, SC or ST category, you will have to download the caste certificate from the CAT website, enter the required information, self-attest it and upload its scanned copy as a PDF document.
PwD Certificate
If you belong to PwD category, you are required to download the PwD certificate from the CAT website, fill it out, self-attest it and upload its scanned copy as PDF document.
How to Edit CAT Application Form?
IIM will give you the option to make corrections in the CAT application form 2023 after the last date. The window for CAT form correction shall be active for 4 to 5 days. Here is how you can edit CAT application form 2023.
Log on to CAT 2023 website
Click on ‘login’ tab
Enter User ID and password
Click on the Application Form
Go to relevant section to make changes such as photo, signature, test city, etc.
Make changes and enter CAPTCHA code and click on continue to complete the process
What errors to avoid while filling CAT Application Form 2023?
The candidates who are applying for CAT 2023 exam must fill out the CAT application form correctly. You can edit the form before the final submission though. Further, after the CAT registration is closed, fresh dates will be issued to you to make corrections in the CAT application form. However, some details cannot be changed such as the candidate’s category, date of birth, etc. Here are some common errors that you should avoid during CAT registration 2023:
Use an active email ID and mobile phone number for CAT 2023 registration as all the communication will be done via email and mobile.
Select CAT test city 2023 carefully as once the exam centre is allotted, no request for change will be entertained. You can select 6 cities out of the given options from the drop down menu.
Select IIMs carefully as you will be eligible for WAT-PI of only those IIMs which you shall have selected in the CAT application form.
Enter accurate academic marks of classes 10, 12, and Graduation.
Enter work experience details carefully too, as it will be analysed by the IIMs for shortlisting students for WAT-PI.
Upload valid caste/PwD/Scribe certificates along with the CAT application form
Make sure that the CAT fee payment is successful and you receive a confirmation mail of the same.
